How long will it take for me to receive your product at home?
We usually take 1 to 2 days to process your order and then 5 to 15 days to deliver it directly to your home.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, absolutely. We deliver all over the world.
Do you provide product tracking/tracking information?
Yes, wait a week after your order and contact us via our e-mail address: contact@smillys.com.
Some items are missing from my order, what's going on?
Our products are shipped separately according to your order. For example, if your order contains items from two different warehouses, there will be two deliveries. The rest of the order will most likely arrive shortly.
I received a damaged item. What can I do about it?
We are sorry to hear that. Simply send us an image of the damaged item to the email address: contact@smillys.com and we will send you a similar replacement item as soon as possible.

I still haven't received my order yet. What is taking so long?
We apologize for the delay. Sometimes international shipping may take longer than expected due to customs clearance. However, you can track your order and see where it is at any time. If you feel you need help tracking your package or would like to inquire about your package, please contact us by email at: contact@smillys.com.
Do you have a refund policy?
We do our best to solve all the problems our customers encounter with their online orders. If you still wish to receive a refund of your order, we can of course cancel the payment, only if the recourse is made within 30 days of the date of your order.

My tracking info shows my package was delivered, but I never received it.
We know how important your order is! If the tracking information for your order states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check around your neighborhood in case another home received it by mistake. Speak with family, roommates, etc. in the event they received it on your behalf. The package may also have been left with property managers or an apartment office. If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact the shipping carrier seen on your tracking information to discuss the issue.
